About the Role
Zen Software Solutions Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and innovative Agentic AI Automation Engineer to join our growing technology team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in AI-driven automation, software testing frameworks, and modern quality engineering practices. This role offers an exciting opportunity to build next-generation intelligent automation solutions and enhance enterprise QA processes using Agentic AI technologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement Agentic AI-powered automation solutions.
- Build and enhance QA automation frameworks leveraging AI technologies.
- Develop scalable automation tools and workflows using Python.
- Customize and optimize Playwright-based testing frameworks.
- Integrate automation solutions with enterprise tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Xray.
- Collaborate with development, QA, and product teams throughout the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
- Ensure quality assurance best practices are followed across the Software Testing Lifecycle (STLC).
- Analyze, troubleshoot, and continuously improve automation frameworks and testing processes.
Required Qualifications
- 6 to 8 years of professional software development experience.
- Strong proficiency in Python development.
- Hands-on experience with Agentic AI frameworks, tools, and automation platforms.
- Expertise in AI-driven test automation and quality engineering.
- Advanced experience with Playwright automation framework customization and implementation.
- Experience integrating testing frameworks with Jira, Confluence, and Xray.
- Strong understanding of SDLC and STLC methodologies.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Preferred Technical Skills
Experience with one or more of the following technologies is highly desirable:
- Microsoft SQL Server 2019
- IBM AS/400 (COBOL400)
- IBM System z Enterprise COBOL
- Mainframe DB2 Administration
- Mainframe CICS Administration
- Application Management Services (AMS) environments
